Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee — Non-Refundable
All appointment bookings made through ashiqtofficial are final. The booking fee paid to secure your consultation call is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Because ashiqtofficial provides professional consultation services rather than tangible goods, the booking fee covers the immediate reservation of time and resources. By purchasing a consultation booking, you acknowledge and accept that the booking fee is non-refundable based on the following terms:
- Dedicated Time Allocation: The fee secures a dedicated, one-on-one time slot reserved exclusively for you.
- Blocked Calendar Availability: Upon booking, the consultant blocks their professional calendar and turns away other potential clients for that specific time period.
- Administrative and Preparation Costs: Administrative resources are immediately incurred upon booking to handle scheduling, workflow setup, and advance call preparation.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected conflicts can arise. You may reschedule your consultation call without paying an additional fee, provided you meet the following conditions:
- Notice Requirement: You must submit a request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time.
- Availability: The rescheduled call must be booked for an open time slot available on the consultant's current calendar.
Requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice will not be accepted, and the appointment will be subject to our no-show policy.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation call at the agreed-upon time without providing at least 24 hours advance notice, your call will be categorized as a no-show.
- Fee Forfeiture: In the event of a no-show, your entire booking fee is forfeited.
- No Rebooking Rights: You will not be entitled to a refund, partial credit, or complimentary rescheduling. To book a new appointment, you must pay a new booking fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you join the consultation call late, the call will still conclude at the original scheduled end time. Missed time due to late arrival will not be extended or refunded.
